About Viqarunnisa Noon Earth Club (VNEC)
Established with the vision of fostering environmental consciousness, VNEC has been at the forefront of youth-led green initiatives. This festival is our flagship event, designed to provide a national platform for students to innovate, to speak, and to lead the charge for a cleaner planet.
